11 House Democrats are suing the Bush Warpigs over Budget Bill!
This is huge news! A few months ago I posted on the AOL message boards that Bush had broken the law by signing a Budget Bill that had not passed both the House of Representatives and the Senate...and was told by neocons that it's 'non-news' because of the way the process works. Well, I kept pushing it and now it appears that I was correct! A Bill becomes a law AFTER the House and the Senate both approve it. It is then sent to the president to be signed to make it official. Well, what happened was there was one Budget Bill that passed but there was also one that didn't. The one that didn't pass both houses IS THE ONE BUSH SIGNED!!! Now.......11 House democrats are suing the Bush Administration for breaking the law (or at least the rules of passing a Bill into law). I love it.
