GOP = God's Own Party? Oh for the love of God...
Okay, I'm only going to say this once! GOP stands for Got Our Problems. If the GOP were to lose the "God thing" their party would go back to being the party that the planet didn't fear! God does not speak to Bush and tell him that he needs to bomb the crap out of a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. He wouldn't do that. He certainly wouldn't advice: if Texas attacks Mississippi.......then attack New Hampshire which is what he did with Iraq! 90% of our country is religious and/or spiritual. Only 10% don't believe in a 'higher power' and like all of us, go through their days content that they are doing the right thing to the rest of the human population. We're born to love. We're humans. If the GOP feels that God only speaks to them and because of that they need to rule the planet for the love of God, then please explain to me why it is that the Muslims feel the same way! Same God or different God? Is God a flip flopper? Does He change His mind every day on who should be in control or does He feel that all people on the planet are good in his eyes? I don't know the answer, but what I do know, is that the Earth is just a miniscule speck in our Universe and what is happening on our planet right now (wars, poverty, threat of nuclear holocaust) DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE WE ARE NOTHING compared to it, but what I would love to see is ALL people going through life understanding that fact and understanding that it's the only planet we have to live on and we can be nice to all things on it.........so it should be respected and not viled. The view and arrogance of the Bush Christians is killing our nation and our planet. The GOP has it's problems and they need to fix them. God isn't going to help them with that!!! If they love God like they say, then they need to respect the planet. Case closed. I'm not going to say it again. If God is real and He is looking down on us right now, you now He's got to be bulls**t.
