Shake up at the White House? Yeah right....when pigs fly

Bush has given permission to Josh Bolten to make necessary changes to the staff as he sees fit. Uh huh. As you read the article above, take note that there won't be a major shake up (maids/servants could quit for better pay though), because Josh is telling the staff that if they are thinking of leaving at some point to do it now! What? Is that leadership? Asking this staff to leave on their own is like trying to remove the glue from a glass jar after the label has been taken off! It's not likely to happen. To me, it's almost like Bolten and Bush are instilling a little fear in the staff and no one dares to make the first move forward.
We'll have to see what happens but I think the whole Cabinet needs to be replaced starting with Donald Rumsfeld. Though I have lost a ton of respect for Colin Powell because he went along with the Iraq war even though he was vocally against it in 2002/2003, I think at this point he would do a much better job than what Donald Rumsfeld has done! It is so frustrating all the arrogance within this Administration and I think Colin Powell with his military and war experience could bring sanity and common sense back to the picture. It's definately needed at this point! Iraq is a mess and now the 'End Timers' are thinking about dropping a bomb on Iran. The military is not behind this idea and wouldn't feel too comfortable expressing that to Rummy for fear of losing their jobs or rankings. Powell, on the otherhand, would have the respect from the military and would be more open to those under him. That's my take on it. I think we can do better from Rummy on up.
