Tony Snow's 23 minute 'gaggle' (can you say meltdown?)

Tony Snow was to officially start doing his televised press conferences on Monday, May 15th, but Friday he decided to do an informal 'gaggle' with the White House Press Corps and.....flunked. AOL is reporting that Tony had a 'meltdown' within the 23 minutes he had with the Press. I knew it. I've been hoping all along that the 'fair and balanced' Fox News host would cry on his first day....well....he didn't cry but the Press had him backed into a corner and he spent most of the 'gaggle' googley-eyed! He didn't know the answers to most of the questions.
To be honest, I wouldn't want to be in his shoes because I'm not a good liar! How is Tony going to get through all of this? Just because he is connected to Fox News, which is an extension of the Oval Office, doesn't mean he was the best pick for the job! It's too bad this Administration wants to keep the country in the dark, because even if Tony doesn't do a good job at lying...Americans will know that he is lying....because he is connected to that God awful news network. No one will take him seriously...even if he drops to the floor crying and asking for forgiveness from God!!!
Since Bush is going to be doing his address to the nation on Monday, Snow Job Tony Snow won't be starting his job until Tuesday. Oh how I can't wait for Tuesday! Let's hope Karl Rove has been indicted by that time so Tony will have to take a million questions on it! Woohoo!

Comments:
"SNOW" is such a great name for the guy picked to SNOW us!! lol..YES, TUESDAY IT IS!! WILL BE BACK TO SEE WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT IT, and I LIKE YOUR BLOG!!! I am not really "anonymous", just LAZY, will create account later, having fun reading, besides, the LLNL knows me, and my uncle worked there for 20 years..sadly, he died of cancer, what else?

Hey Anonymous person! (Huh? LOL) Yup, apparently a very big Snow Storm is coming on Tuesday and it should be interesting what the wind bag will say in defense of the most corrupt adminstration our country has ever seen. He'll probably say things like, "Hey you, yah you...reporter, it's none of your business that we are spying on you and other Americans. Get it man? (insert middle finger picture here LOL)". I bet he'll have that kind of attitude!!!!

A friend of mine's husband worked for years handling the management of the nuclear power plants in the northeast/eastern seaboard and he died of a very aggressive brain cancer a few years ago! Sad, very sad. Sorry that your uncle died too working around that kind of material. If employees are dying can you imagine what effect the plants are having on the people who live near the plants. We will never know, will we? The government doesn't like it when their carelessness is exposed (no pun intended!).

Thanks so much for responding to my blog and for liking it! I'm having a lot of fun with it. I'm so pissed off at the direction of our country right now that when I type to post something I pound the keys so hard they pop up off the keyboard! LOL
