Ann Coulter's book is #1 on Amazon!
Well guess what? The reason why Ann Coulter's book is #1 this week (even after she told the 9/11 widows to f**k off!) is because her publisher reduced the cost of her book to $4.99 which was a savings of $23.00!!! It's all an illusion. Her book sales dropped dramatically after her comments about the 9/11 widows and this is her way (and the right winger's way!) of making it seem like her book is popular when it is not! Hey, even in the field of book selling, the right wingers will stoop to cheating to fake out the masses. Not surprised!

'Godless' author Coulter unknown at church she claims to attend
06/08/2006 @ 10:58 am
Filed by Max Blumenthal Appearing on the cover of her latest manifesto, Godless: The Church of Liberalism, adorned with a wooden crucifix necklace, right-wing pundit Ann Coulter takes on liberals on explicitly religious grounds. Invoking the sectarian rhetoric of the Christian right, Coulter denounces liberalism as "the opposition party to God," and "a comprehensive belief system denying the Christian belief in man's immortal soul."
Coulter fills the pages of Godless with attacks on Hollywood – a traditional Christian right boogeyman – and, quoting controversial Holocaust-denying columnist Joseph Sobran, assails public schools for teaching an "amalgam of liberalism, feminism, Darwinism, and the Playboy philosophy" rather than "Biblical truth." Coulter also calls the Episcopal Church, "barely even a church."
Yet Coulter is curiously reticent in Godless about her own religious convictions. Nowhere in her book, for instance, does Coulter declare whether she belongs to a particular religious denomination, nor does she state where – or even if – she attends religious services. An April 17, 2005 article in Time Magazine by John Cloud provided a rare description of Coulter's attendance of church, as Cloud suggested that she has been a regular attendee of New York City's Redeemer Presbyterian Church, to which "she brings a lot of people…"
In his article, Cloud described accompanying Coulter to Redeemer:
Not long ago, I went to church with Coulter--Redeemer Presbyterian, an evangelical congregation in Manhattan. The actor Ron Silver had also tagged along--Coulter brings lots of people to church, including, at one time, an ex who is Muslim. Pastor Timothy Keller spoke of the importance of allowing one's heart to be "melted by the sense of God's grace because of what he did on the cross for you."
When contacted by Raw Story, however, Redeemer Presbyterian's Communications and Media Director Cregan Cooke could not confirm that Coulter had ever attended services at the church.
"The only thing I have heard is hearsay that she is an attender" of Redeemer, Cregan told Raw Story. "Our database shows that she is not a member."
Cregan added that wealthy celebrities routinely asserted a dubious connection to his congregation. "People from Robin Williams to Diane Sawyer have claimed to attend services here but don't actually know if they have. And I don't know anybody that would have seen Ann Coulter. We don't really know her."

I think Ann "Colder" needs to tell us where she goes to church so that we can avoid it. Any church teaching what she acts like needs to be avoided.

Ann Coulter can kiss my ass Kathie! She is a typical republicon who fakes out the masses with rhetoric, lies, deceits, and distortions to get her point across. She is a traitor and a disgrace to our country and she knows it. She's also a whore who would say or do anything to sell her freaking book! Forturnately, her words backfired last week about the 9/11 widows and her book came to a halt until her publisher lowered the price of it to $4.99! Even some radio programs are giving it away. Good.
Calling liberalism a cult is ridiculous and untrue, but then again I like to refer to her party as a Mafia gang. Are we even? Nope, not even close. I would much rather be part of the 'liberal cult' because we love our country, love our neighbors, and want peace on Earth.
Thanks for blogging with me Ms. Kathie! :-)

"because we love our country, love our neighbors, and want peace on Earth"
How do you love our country? Who do you consider "neighbors" - does this include republicans or only left-wing democrats? and you SAY you want peace...but what plan do you have to accomplish peace?
For example - what plan is being put forward to stop genocide in Darfur or "free tibet"? Nothing. Just nice words and good intentions. UN negotiations which result in more bloodshed and more dithering.
Peace on earth? How can you preach peace on Earth if you can't even make peace with the Republicans who happen to be your neighbors, speak the same language, and indeed probably attend the same church as you do?

What's Bush doing about Darfur? Not much! Sorry $1.3 billion is nothing compared to what we're spending in Iraq!!!!!!
I have right wing neighbors. In fact in a town of 3300, I'm probably one of the few liberals in the whole town! I like most of the people I've met, except for the neighbor across the street who thankfully moved out this year. I wasn't the only one who didn't like them....the whole right wing neighborhood didn't!
Neighbors (as in what Jesus preached) is also our worldly neighbors. We need to treat our neighbors as we would want to be treated. Starting a war on lies and fake evidence is illegal and not very neighborly!!!!! Wake up moron.
I hate republicans right now. Why? Because of the divisiveness of YOUR PRESIDENT! He never squashed the hate speech when myself and others were against him attacking Iraq. He allowed us to be called un-American and I will never ever ever forgive him for that. I have always voted for Olympia Snowe here in Maine, but guess what? Not this year! She'll probably stay in but I cannot have her blood on my hands either. I will not vote for another republican as long as I live until I see a change in your party.
