It's Flag Day!

Our flag is designed here in America and then is shipped off to China to be pieced together. We can wear the flag on our shirts, sweaters, cars, sneakers, and shoes. We can wear it as earrings, as necklaces, as anklets, as rings, and as bracelets. We can put it on ashtrays, coffee cups, tea cups, our cars, our houses, and our front lawns. We can let it hang outside for months and years on end only to get tattered and faded by the elements. We have to hang it above all other flags in America. We have to respect it...until it becomes tattered, worn and faded....then we can burn it to show it respect. But yet, when the leaders of this country that this flag represents starts a fake war based on fake intelligence, spys on it's citizens because they're as paranoid as the Commies in North Korea and China, outs a CIA operative during a time of war out of revenge for a person who didn't agree with their whacked ideologies, rapes our treasury through their corporate swines because of this fake war they started, and tells the American people that we have to give up our rights for our own safety, and we're told we CANNOT BURN THE FLAG TO SHOW OUR DISCONTENT? What? We can put a cigarette out on it and we can let it get tired, worn, faded and beaten but we can't burn it? F**k you. I say......burn the flag and burn it often! Our republic is tattered, so let's reflect that mood. Amen.

Comments:
Well, if it's OK to burn our flag because some politician you don't like does something you don't like, is it OK to burn a cross on some minority's lawn because some Christian you dislike does something you dislike? Your argument in favor of flag burning is exactly the same argument the KKK makes for burning crosses.

And you're an example of one who hates the freedoms of our country. Burning the flag doesn't hurt you but burning a cross on the front lawn with the intention of being a racist does!!!!! You can't see the difference because you're too mired in republican ideology. You're a cult. Pitiful.

By the way, I've never burnt our flag but I'm not going to stop anyone who wants to. It's made out of cloth idiot. It's a symbol of our country and not the country itself. It's no different than the big 'E' out front of the Enron building. If you smash and burn the E, the company still remains intact. Do you get that Bush lover? Do you?
