And even if she had once been one - which is a stretch because her last employment was at Langley, not some front company - the statute of limitations on the law supposedly broken had run out by the time 'the leak' came down. But what are details for Lefties when it's 'the accusations' not evidence that count?

OH my goodness. It's a fact that Valerie wasn't a NOC while being married to Joe Wilson with whom they have twins. Statute of limitations on the 1982 law was "within 5 years", not FOREVER.

So EVEN IF some one knowlingly tipped off the Media that "Valerie was/is a NOC" (which didn't happen, the most the happened was someone said "she works for Langeley..i.e. the CIA) she had left undercover status long enough for the law not to cover the infraction.

Oh and about spies dying...well since the number of those nice shiny stars hasn't INCREASED since 2003, I'd say exactly zero SPIES have been killed.
 

So, you neocons are telling me that when one is an undercover CIA operative and if they are on the toilet, they're no longer a CIA agent? Or if they go on vacation they are no longer a CIA operative and can talk about their position and what they've been working on? Or if they've been given a leave to have their babies, they're not considered part of the CIA so they can be outed right then even though they will be coming back to work at some point? Or when they retire from the CIA they can talk about all the undercover missions they worked on even if it is still classified? Huh? Is that what you're telling me ignorant Bush supporters? No, what I'm trying to inform you on, is that not everyone who works for CIA is "an undercover agent".

Not everyone who works for the DOD is a solider.

And as far as the law is concerned, even NOCs aren't NOCs forever. It's illegal to knowingly leak the identity of a NOC or anyone who was one within 5 years.

According to the time line of her last overseas work and the time of the supposed leak, 5 years passed...

It has yet to be proven that she was indeed a NOC (therefore under the protection of the law)... a bit of evidence that she likely wasn't a NOC is the fact that Valerie worked at CIA headquarters in Langeley. If she HAD been a NOC, the last thing in the world she'd have been given is an open assignment at CIA HQ!

So I'm attempting to inform you, and you hate me for it, and use filthy language in place of argumentation. Your choice.
