End of cowboy diplomacy? Really?
Has it really ended? Because just yesterday Bush was talking to the press in a Texas cowboy accent about how 'well' his economy is doing! He does that all the time. When he wants to fake out the masses (his 'great economy' is only temporary), he uses his Texan drawl to make his point. It's so irritating and so noticeable that it's pathetic. And when has Bush ever used diplomacy since being given the office of the presidency by the US Supreme Court in 2000? Here's what REAL diplomacy means:

2 : skill in handling affairs without arousing hostility : TACT
And guess what? Everything the man has done has created hostility against us! It doesn't matter if he is using 'cowboy diplomacy', 'cute little kitten diplomacy', or 'God diplomacy', because the man cannot...I repeat...cannot create anything positive because he does not have the ability to do so! He does not know what the definition of diplomacy really is and it shows. Just like ignoring our Constitution and making up laws as he goes along, he just decides what his definition of diplomacy is and runs with it! Maybe if he spent less time hugging and looking into the eyes of dictators to their souls and spent more time with people who are full of love and reap peace from their eyes, our nation wouldn't be so hated and despised right now! Good grief.

Hmmm. Let's see... diplomacy with Canada and Mexico - check.
Diplomacy with China and Russia - check.
USA still on good terms with EU and NATO countries, especially former Eastern bloc countries.
Left howls with outrage over "unilateral" US action with Iraq, and demands we involve "other nations" - so Bush lets EU3 deal with Iran...only to have Left howl with rage that we're not going it alone. (go figure).
North Korea breaks Clinton treaty (unilateral talks) so Bush opens up 6 party talks - DIPLOMACY so as to settle the Korean conflict peacefully.
We're not massing troops in S.Korea, we're actually pulling them OUT!
Again, just because you hate the man doesn't mean every claim you make is true!
You can condemn his diplomacy as failed or insincere or stupid, but you can't claim honestly that he hasn't tried diplomacy or doesn't use diplomacy with other nations because that's obviously false.

BY WHOM ARE WE DESPISED AND HATED? And should we CARE that Cuban and Venezuela, Iran and North Korea "despise and hate" us?
Canada doesn't "hate" us. Neither does the EU or Japan or any of the other major powers we're at peace with and have booming relations with.
You're projecting a hatred for Bush onto other countries' politics and assuming that since the Democrats hate Bush and are embarrassed, every other person on earth must hate Bush and thus hate America too. Not true.
If the "world" hated and despised us, why are so many people seeking to come to America? Why would they keep on friendly terms with us?

Name all that countries that love us and are on the battleground right now in Iraq helping us out. Don't forget that Italy is also leaving.
Name one time during the 1990's that the US and North Korea were at odds with each other and when North Korea was threatening us? Huh? Clinton gave Kim Jong II him light water reactors, but now that Bush is on the scene and has pissed off everyone, Kim Jong II is now using this technology to PRODUCE WEAPONS and that was not the intent originally!!!!
Funny how Bush wants 6 party talks with North Korea (he's scared and doesn't want to be blamed for anything! what a coward!) but didn't do that for Iraq. Hmmmm...could it be that Iraq was cinchy to dominate and all Bush had to do was fake out the world about Iraq? I think so! Only cowards go after the countries who doesn't have a military to speak of.
Do you think Bush would have 'diplomacy' with Canada and Mexico if each country was run by a liberal? Nope!!! If you hadn't noticed, all three Americas are being run by fascists right now that care more about the corporation and it's needs rather than the people of their countries! Wow! Interesting how that works.....
Oh and guess what? I STILL HATE YOUR PRESIDENT! He's not my president......he's yours. So, you can tell me that Bush helped a little old lady across the street and that still wouldn't change my mind about him. He's the worst president in history and there are many republican moderates who feel the same way! Remember, YOU REPRESENT THE BACKWASH OF THE COUNTRY..........not me.
