Here's what our Dear Leader said back in 1989...

"I will never apologize for the United States of America – I don't care what the facts are."– George Bush, Newsweek, August 15, 1989 (Commenting on the shooting down of an Iranian airliner by the U.S. warship Vincennes, killing 290 civilian passengers.)

Well, now we know why Bush does what he does and never ever takes responsibility for his own actions! Clearly, he believes our country can do whatever it wants, wherever it wants, and when it wants...and doesn't have to apologize even if the actions are illegal, immoral, and needing an apology.
