Saddam Hussein has written a letter to the American people....
...and it's a doozy. I'm not sure if he wrote the whole letter himself because there are times when he refers to himself in the 3rd person, but it could be the way he talks. I'm really not sure. Most of what he says is pretty much what most Americans have been saying about Bush's illegal and immoral invasion of Iraq for years now: Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and the occupation of that country never should have happened, but it did because 9/11 was used as a reason to get in there by the PNAC crowd in the White House! The Iraq invasion is just a cover for the Bush Cabal's Evil Agenda to take over the Middle East to capture the oil and to then hoard the oil to put the planet in peril. I'll probably be deemed an 'enemy combatant' by the neocons for posting this letter and I really don't care. Just as Saddam Hussein pointed out in his letter, if Iraq is supposed to be a democracy now, then why the hell can't his words be heard around the world in defense of himself and his nation? Isn't that what a democracy is all about? Saddam Hussein is not an innocent person and does have an atrocious history, however, I agree with him that he posed no threat to the American people like the Bush Cartel wanted us to believe a few years ago and I also agree with him that we Americans were lied to and deceived by our own government to back an illegal and immoral invasion and occupation of a sovereign nation! So, I'll take the chance that I'll be called a traitor to America for posting this letter. There are always two sides of every story and this is one story that both sides need to be heard!

Yes, Saddam Hussein does have a huge ego but that's because he's been the dictator of that country for years. What is really scary is Bush has this same ego and he's only been president for 6 years now and acts like he is the dictator! Scary.
It really doesn't matter that Hussein wrote Americans a letter because as you can see the letter was dated from the first week of July and none of the media here has covered it. I do, however, cringe at knowing that my country invaded and demolished his country without a shred of honest evidence. This is not my country that I grew up with!

Please explain and provide evidence for this.
As for "Bush is a dictator" - explain please using classic definations of "dictator". You might think he acts "like" one, but being "like" something and being that something is different.
Finally, if your obscure blog heard about Saddam's letter (and it's quickly findable on the internet) it's laughable that "the Media" somehow buried it. It's there for you and everyone else to find. Just because they didn't go wall to wall with it doesn't mean there's a conspiracy.

This is why the republicans want to silence the voice of the Internet. They know that whistleblowers and others are forwarding information to the blogs because they trust the blogs....and don't trust our media right now to report it or to report it accurately!

With the whole world's economy growing, (more people, more cars, more industry) the demand for oil and petroleum products WILL ONLY INCREASE. That, plus the obvious problem of terrorism in the region is what drives up prices, not some conspiracy.
