How's the Bush Regime doing in prosecuting the terrorists?
For the past couple of days, bloggers have been talking about how the Bush Regime is touting their 'waronterra' for the upcoming mid-term elections in the hopes of remaining in control of the government. We've been pointing out that, even though there have been many arrests or many terrorists captured in the 'waronterra', there just doesn't seem to be many prosecutions as a result of all this. After the 1993 WTC bombing, the Clinton Administration rounded up and imprisoned the five guys involved in this atrocious attack. To Americans, that gave us a sense of security and a good feeling that the president of the United States cares about the well-being of the American people! Clinton could have used that attack politically for the rest of his tenure, but he didn't. He orchestrated his responsibility through his agencies and then continued to move forward. The Bush Regime, however, has done the opposite.
We all remember the 3 arrests and captures of Osama's top guys within a year or so after the 9/11 attack. Where are they now? Have they been prosecuted? Many bloggers have suggested (including myself) that these men are not being shown to the public now because of one obvious reason: Have they been tortured beyond recognition and the Bush Regime is too embarrassed to allow them to be seen by the American public? It's scary to me to see these arrests unfold on our t.v.'s or to see the aftermath of the arrest, but not seeing what happens to them is very weird:
Americans want to watch these trials to give ourselves the feeling that the Bush Regime is serious about protecting the American people and our country. Of course, not many of us are under the illusion that all of the terrorists will be caught and brought to justice, and it's too bad, because the way the Bush Regime has handled their 'waronterra', they've created more terrorists and more terrorism than ever before! They can continue to arrest the "#2s" of al-Qaida or of whatever group they wish, but the reality is we are not any safer than we were on September 10th/11th, 2001.
Had Bush done the appropriate thing after 9/11 by chasing down Osama in Afghanistan and bringing him to justice and then using American taxpayer's money to secure our borders, our harbors, our coastlines, and our transportation sector instead of spending it in Iraq, which had nothing to do with 9/11 at all, I think Americans would have a different view of the Bush Regime and Americans would want to continue their reign this November.
Americans now want change. We want the real 'waronterra' to be fought. We want Osama behind bars if he's alive, we want Osama's death to be announced if that is the case, and we want those that we've captured to be tried and brought to justice and not used as a propaganda tool to fake out the masses! We are tired of the rhetoric and brainwashing coming out of the worst Administration in our history and it's party affiliation. We're voting for change in November.
"The surge right after 9/11 make sense," Fuchs added, "but the drop-off soWhere's Osama? This is the big question Americans have asked every day since 9/11. Some believe he is dead (if so, why wasn't it announced to us?)and some believe he is still alive (if so, why hasn't he been caught yet?). Without the capture and prosecution of Osama (or the announcement that he died of liver/kidney disease early on after the attack like some news agencies had reported), many Americans have felt that the Bush Regime isn't being entirely truthful and are using Osama's 'ghost' as a way to keep the fear of the Boogeyman out there, so as to keep their sidebar agenda going forth.
quickly means either a lot of that post-9/11 activity was not necessary or that
they haven't identified key people or that key people in custody aren't being
prosecuted."

At the penalty trial of al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui, the
government acknowledged that it has captured most of the Sept. 11 ringleaders
including mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and operations coordinator Ramzi Binalshibh. Although prosecutors suggested they might be charged somewhere someday, the government has never disproved persistent allegations they were tortured during interrogations overseas and thus cannot be tried in U.S. courts.

How many have supposedly been captured that were Al-Qaida's # 2 or Bin Laden's #2?
It seems that every time Bush falls in the polls, another corruption in his administration is announced, or the closer we get to elections, that they "capture" another # 2.
Notice how this dangerous guy that was supposedly caught last week supposedly spilled his guts about all his killings and everyone else.
Why would someone who has no problem blowing himself up to kill others "spill" his guts as soon as he was caught?
Sounds like more Bush lies.

Larry, it's always Bush lies. Case closed. The Bush Regime is full of people who have conspired for years to tear our nation apart and using propaganda to brainwash the masses into being scared of the Boogeyman is one of their most favorite tools!
There is no 'waronterra' being fought right now.
Like I've always said:
"The Iraq war is no different than a Mafia pizza shop...it looks like a pizza shop...it acts like a pizza shop, but really, it's just a front to launder money!"
Yup, we are currently occupying a sovereign nation in Iraq but the Bush Regime is using this invasion as a war to justify their stealing of the American taxpayer's money!
It's a sham.....just like 9/11 was.

Don't we all feel much better now that Bush has read supposed quotes of Bin Laden?
Don't we all feel better now that Bush has made yet "another" war on terror speech.
If Bush continues to practice this same speech about terror that he has used for the past four years, he may actually learn to say it with clarity by the time he leaves office.

Isn't it neat Osama went from wanted dead or alive in 2001...to helping write the Idiots speeches in 2006
At least Georgie has not forgot osama if he is quoting him in his stump speaches.
Too bad he forgot he was gonna get him dead or alive. And got lodst in iraq where Osama is NOT. Which lead to the worsing situation in Afghanistan, where Osama used to be, but The Idiot does not have anything to say to Pakistan where he is hiding, along with the terrorist groups who attacked Brition last year, and tried to do again this year. And pakistan is aiding and abetting the Taliban is their renewed attacks to regain control over Afghanistan.
NOT a peep out of the PNAC neo-con fooles about the problems in Pakistan or Afghanistan....where Osama lives..and the ONLY Muslim countyr to actually have Nuclear weapons...which would be a very real problem if osama or some of his friends take over there.
No Pakistan has no OIL to exploit...so to a PNAC neo-con FOOLE it is not part of the problem.

Does Bush think reading some words supposedly by Bin Laden will keep people from remembering that he has ran loose for 5 years since 9/11?
Does Bush think the public still fears Bin Laden yanking them from their back yards?
Does Bush still think the public( minus Fox News) still listen to what he says?
