Election 2006 was historic! Congratulations!

What an incredible week Americans have had! Forty percent of the American citizens left their homes on Tuesday morning to cast their vote for change against the most vile, corrupt, lying presidency. Some of those Americans who do not trust the voting system in the most powerful democracy on the planet cast their vote weeks ago by absentee ballot to make sure it counted in this very important election. It worked. Americans won this week!
We are now seeing a new America in front of us. Even though Bush is of the opposite party in the White House, it doesn't matter. Come January 2007 when the new House and Senate members are sworn in, they're going to get busy and they're going to drive home the point that our country is more important than our parties combined. Nancy Pelosi, who will be the first woman in the history of our country to be sworn in as the Speaker of the House, said it best, "I will be the speaker of the House and not of the democratic party", in other words, she will be working for the good of our nation. One reader on AMERICAblog stated that 'only a woman can clean up a House'! I agree. Good times are a coming.
Awesome! Finally, Americans will have a voice.
When 40% of Americans come out to vote for a new direction, our government had better listen! Yesterday, within a few hours of realizing that both the Webb race and the Tester race would definately go to them, the democrats (it hadn't been officially announced though), axed their first victim: Donald Rumsfeld. Not only did Americans rejoice in this but so did the Iraqis! Well, of course they rejoiced. They've lost over 600,000 loved ones from this rotten stinking occupation while Donald Rumsfeld has been at the helm. We all want change in the Iraq war and we are getting it. Woohoo!
Who will get the ax next? Will it be Bush & Cheney? Could be. Last night on AMERICAblog another reader said that there's a rumor going around the White House hallways that Bush stated he can't stay if he can't be effective now. Hmmmm....I think I'm liking that idea! Bush & Cheney have shown Americans that they don't give a flying rat's ass what the laws of this country is they will do what they want. Without their power, why would they want to exist in our presense? I bet before the end of this year and before the new House & Senate convene....they will no longer be with us. I bet these asswipes would rather step down than be subpeoned to expose their truths to us. It doesn't matter if they do because the American people know the truth of what they've done! They've murdered our country, have botched two wars, and Americans will rejoice in glee again when they do resign!
Congratulations everyone! We all should pat ourselves on the back today because we used our rights of free speech by taking to the polls and voting the bums out!!!

Why would Bush worry about not being effective now?
He hasn't been effective on anything positive since he stole the White House.
He hasn't been effective on anything positive since he stole the White House.
Bush is watching his dynasty crumble before his eyes and he is to stupid to get out of the way.
If Rove would only get axed, that would complete the week.

Its pretty sad when a grown man in his mid fifties, still has to have his "daddy" bail him out of his messes.
LMAO Chris!!! Very true. The parents are back, the house is a mess from all the partying, and the parents are freaking pissed off!!
Love it. Great analogy Mr. Chris.
