I would NOT put it past Bush...
Given he seems to hire the most incompetent or immoral choices for the most important jobs in this government, I for one would not put this past Bush.It would guarantee the vast majority of Americans were afraid. And would also guarantee the job was NOT done in the way most Americans would like it to be.
Bush just has that reverse Midas touch, you know the one where instead of Gold, Bush's touch creates Large piles of SHIT.

First off, that is NOT a legitimate prescription... it's readable! And second... that happens to be Black Jacques Shellac. (Looney Tunes character) The moustache is a dead give-away!
As for the second guy, sheesh... give him a break! Could YOU live on a 10-figure income? He NEEDS that job!
