Will Bush shake up his National Security team?

Apparently rumor has it that he's thinking about doing this. My first thought was, "Woohoo! Fire the Dick! Fire the Condi! Fire the Hadley!", but it appears Bush may fire some of the top Generals who he's been leaning on all these years. Hey, someone has to take the blame for Bush's illegal occupation of a soveriegn nation and it certainly won't be him, now will it?!

He's putting the blame on the Generals now...awwwww how cute. He's firing those would dared not speak the truth to him for fear of being fired all these years. He's firing them now because they didn't speak out, but which is exactly what he demanded! Oh for the love of the Banana Cupcakes...why doesn't George Bush just get it over with and fire himself along with the rest of his Cabal! If he has to take a few Generals with when he does, fine, but just leave the American people alone! We're tired of this man blaming those around him who are NOT the ones in charge and who are not the ones who originally came up with the idea to invade and conquer Iraq.

My hope is, if this does come to fruition and Generals are fired (General Pace could be the first hit) and are blamed for the Iraq occupation, I hope the military TURNS ON BUSH. I hope they come out swinging against him by divulging what has really been going on in the shadows and behind the backs of Americans. Let's hope this happens. The American people deserve the truth and what better way to get it than through a scorned military!

I'd wish for a military coup of the White House for Christmas, but I don't think I'd be that lucky. :-)

Comments:
I had this secret idea ... hope ... when so many of my friends were stunned and in pain that Bush stole the White House (with the help of the religio-crazies) in 2004 ... that all this shit would come home to roost in the second term. (As it was, I was the stunned and pained one in 2000 during the Bush Coup. I figured 2004 was in the bag.)

As it is, we are witnessing the grand and glorious collapse of this corrupted and mind-bendingly incompetent regime. The mainstream media still have to do the usual he said-she said show to demonstrate their utter 'objectivity' but it really is quite astonishing to watch just how catastrophic a fall the Bush regime is taking.

Bush *can't* admit his Iraq mistakes in a meaningful way. His entire self-identity is wrapped up in this now ... part of that creepy Oedipal complex he has. His world would fall apart if he did. The truth is too much to handle -- I almost feel badly for him. But then I remember how little he values life (lives of others) and all the mayhem he's caused and that would-be sympathy goes away.

Bush and his Cabal will be like Pinochet in the end. They'll be in hiding, won't travel, and will die as the war criminal they are without facing any charges!

Let's hope the democrats after the hearings and investigations happen that impeachment comes. Since the repukes made it so Bill Clinton couldn't practice law anymore (his only punishment for lying under oath about a blow job), then I think the democrats should make it mandatory that the Bush Asswipes have to stay in America for the rest of their lives to face the scrutiny they deserve! Or better yet....send them all to Germany where they can face their actual charges.

Bush and his Brownshirts know they are to blame and they know Americans know that too. They will never be able to escape this either. Good. I would love for them to be looking over their shoulders for the rest of their lives!
