Larry, you're reading my mind. After we got Uday, Cusay and Saddam; we should have sent the troops to guard the oilfields and pipelines and let the Iraqis have at it. Or, we should have divided the country and displaced people to their established sector. But, if we did that, we would be accused of being "Hitler".

I say we can still redeploy to the oilfields and pipelines and tell them to fuck off. Have you got a constructive opinion on this?

Not right in regards to international law son, we as a country have NO right to forcibly remove the leader of a foreign country, WE have the military ability to do it and did, but we had NO legal authority from the UN to invade Iraq, bush claimed that right but the UN never gave it like they did in 1991.

We have NO right to the oil in Iraq either son, it is not our to divide up or guard. That oil belongs to the Iraqi people, and it should be them to decide what to do with it, NOT some Law written by L Paul Bremer and FORCED upon the Iraqi peoples.

We have NO right to dictate who their Prime Minister is going to be like WE did last spring when Allawi was rejected by Bush and Cheney and they had to get Maliki to fill the position even though he really does NOT want it.

So what ever bullshit YOU wrote is just that SON.

We should just get out of Iraq son, and allow the Iraqi people to decide who THEY want to develop their oil fields and who they want to sell it to, and in what currency they want to sell their oil in.

BTW it is NOT defeatism son, just a realization that the surge is just prolonging the inevitable son. the Iraqi's are never gonna give up any more than the Vietnamese did, or the Yugoslavians did to the German occupation during WW2...or the Afghan people did during the Soviet invasion.

Bushboy, who owns the oil fields in Iraq right now? As soon as the first boot hit the ground in 2003, we captured the oilfields. Thats what our soldiers were doing in those first few weeks. Now who owns it? Rumor has it that this oil was sold to the World Bank (not a bank as we all know) and then sold back to the big oil companies. If this is true, then it appears that we have the oil and the oil maggots are the ones who are not putting it online to be sold on the world's markets! Well of course that is it! The Bush Pigs are going to do the same thing in Iran here shortly. We're going to capture their oil (Bush doesn't care about the nuclear stuff...that's just a cover to steal Iran's oil from them) and then the Bush Pigs are going to hoard it some more! Prices are going to skyrocket!!!

The Oil Maggots who have no education in American law are working hard to starve the Earth by using oil as the power to do it.

I know Clif, isn't it weird that Bush is always hailing these Iraqi elections but they're the ones who end up picking and choosing who will lead the nation?
